“What are the Sunday Sessions on the #Riverbank?”, I “hear” you say?
Gosh, I can feel HOW curious you too are about all things, especially food and wine events in Adelaide too!
The Adelaide Food and Wine Festival is coming to Adelaide in April.
It is always a HUGE Festival which attracts locals, foodies and people who appreciate wine from all over the world.
You will have to wait until the festival begins to learn more. Image may be NSFW.

“What is this Korean dish Bibimbap?”, I “hear” you ask? Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view.
It is the signature Korean dish that literally translates to “mixed rice.”

It is served “as a bowl of warm rice with sauteed vegetables and chilli paste” called Gochujang aka hot sauce which is made from glutinous rice, fermented soybeans, red chilli and salt.
I LOVE all foods hot and spicy….YOU?
The ingredients are stirred together just before eating and can be served cold or hot.
Did you know Chef Chung Jae (with thanks to his assistants) made enough Bibimbap to serve 500 people? Image may be NSFW.
